TOPIC: How fine does 3D printing go?

Hello,

Currently our material's page list them by technical manufacture brand name. Not the shorter names. We will most likely change this to make more sense.

The Sub-surface materials are all Objet brand. They are capable of 28mm figurines with decent detail. But build lines will be slightly visible and might require some polishing to smooth out completely.

Nano-Detail materials are all envisionTEC brand. These materials are the highest detail 3d printing materials currently on market. They are designed for the jewelry, dental, surgical, and miniature industries. The Nano-detail family is a selection of materials each formulated for different properties. For figurines Nano-Detail High-Temp, Nano-Detail PhotoSilver , Nano-Detail Amber Resin, are all ideal for figurines.

High-temp can take the heat and pressure of rubber mold vulcanization. It is very rigid and shows extraordinary detail.

Let me know if I answered your question, or if you need any more information.

Happy 3D Printing!

Thank you very much for answering so quickly ^^

In fact I ve many over questions because I m preparing my project since a long time and it include many over steps after 3d printing

But now the most important thing I need to know is about the 3d construction: When I ll draw it, Do I need to put a minimal thickness or can you realise anything whit the same level of details?

Thank you very much for your help and congratulation for your work!

A good minimum thickness for Nano-Detail materials is 0.5mm. Nano-Detail materials can 3d print much thinner. But those parts would be very fragile.

Sub-surface materials should be a minimum of 1mm thick.
