I've thought about making busts of people, the way sculptors used to do in ancient Rome. Now I'm trying to figure out how to market this idea.
One way might be to manufacture a few famous people, like President Obama. I guess no one would get sued for that ... right? And then you could target fan sites and sell a few busts. And then advertise wherever portrait artists advertise, maybe?
What about a chess set that uses busts of celebrities, cast in gold or silver?
I'd LOVE to do it, but I'm worried the time and cost and advertising efforts wouldn't be worth it.
