You need to periodically Change Roadrunner Password to protect your roadrunner email address from online threats like hacking, phishing etc. Updates of code are distinct from downloading code. Changing your password is much easier than restoreing your username. When you want to change your password, however, you will login to Roadrunner.

Visit the Roadrunner Log-in page.

Click on the Forget password Reference from the left.

On the next tab, you'll then have two options as seen below: "I know my email code and I want to change it." "I don't know my address password."

If you choose "I don't remember my e-mail address," you'll be routed to Roadrunner's account for recovery.

[ul]If you choose "I know my email password and want to change it" option, you'll be asked to sign in.

To log in to the roadrunner, use your email address, password.

If you haven't used the Roadrunner password reset tool before, you do need to input your MAC Address for Cable modem.

First, you need to answer the safety issue. Remember that your responses are case prone, so in upper case and lower case, start typing the answers in exact letters.

Finally, you'll need to type the latest key for your roadrunner email address.

Until you enter the new file, you're good to go. You'll be immediately logging out after you update the password. Since modifying it, the latest password allows you to login again.
