Acceptable Content Guidelines

It is important to know that Kraftwurx restricts certain content and there are certain things that are not acceptable to post for sale on Kraftwurx. Kraftwurx was made to enable people to express themselves. We want everyone to enjoy all that Kraftwurx has to offer. Kraftwurx also fully respects the rights to free expression and individuality however, we must require that certain products not be posted for sale. To ensure that Kraftwurx continues to be enjoyed by everyone, we have a few rules that must be adhered to. The following content is not permitted at Kraftwurx:

• Nothing that infringes on intellectual property including copyrights & trademarks without prior written approval.

• No products or images of obscenity, pornography or nudity that is not artistic in nature.

• No products or images that encourage or glorify drug use/abuse.

• No products showcasing violence including knives or weapons (unless they are scale models).

• No content that is libelous or defamatory.

• No content or products that might be reasonably viewed as harassing, threatening, or otherwise harmful.

• No hate speech.

• No content that can reasonably be viewed as discriminatory based upon race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, or disability.

• No content that violates or encourages anyone else to violate any law.

Any content that is deemed unacceptable by the rules above, or deemed offensive or in bad taste at the sole judgment of Kraftwurx, will be removed from the website with or without notice. Repeated offenses may result in removal of your sellers account.

You must own all rights (including copyright) for anything that you upload or have the written permission of ALL persons who own (a) the rights to upload the image or text and (b) the rights to authorize the uses permitted in the User Agreement. If someone other than you is the owner of the image, or appears in it, or has created the text, you must obtain such permission from those persons. If you upload any image or text that violates our User Agreement, your account may be terminated.
