Do you charge Transaction Fees?
Yes. Kraftwurx charges up to 3% depending on the Digital Factory™ 3D printing account plan that you choose.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, you can open a store on Kraftwurx.com for free. Publish your products for sale retail and tell the world. We handle production, shipping and you get paid. You don't need a credit card to sign up and start selling on Kraftwurx and there is no obligation and no risk. Accounts on your own domain start at just $39.99 per month.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees on any of our plans.
Do I need to enter my credit card details to sign up?
No. You can sign up and use Kraftwurx free without entering your credit card details. When you decide to launch your store on your own domain, you will need to pick a plan and enter your credit card details.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes. If you ever decide that Kraftwurx isn't right for you,r business, simply cancel your account from your control panel.
How long are your contracts?
Kraftwurx plans are billed both month to month and annual or biennial plan depending on the billing option you choose.
Do you offer any discounted plans?
Yes, Kraftwurx offers a 10% discount for prepaid annual plans and 20% discounts for prepaid biennial plans.
Can I change my plan later on?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your Kraftwurx account at any time.

Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. Your online store can use an existing domain name that you own, or you can purchase a domain name within the Kraftwurx' control panel. We also provide a free Kraftwurx.com domain name to all stores on sign up.
Do I need to own 3D Printers?
No, Kraftwurx and Digital Factory™ provide you with access to our global network of more than 118 production facilities and over 300,000 sf. of manufacturing floorspace called the Smart-Grid. We offer more than 74 3D printing materials, the worlds largest selection.
What if I own my own 3D Printers?
Lucky You! Not only can you use your own printers on your orders, you can also choose to accept orders from your store AND/OR from Kraftwurx if you join SmartGrid. If your printer is ever busy and you need more capacity, Digital Factory™ and SmartGrid are here to help. We can automatically act as extra capacity for your customers. think of it like Cloud Hosting but for Manufacturing.
Do you offer refunds?
Everything Kraftwurx produces for your clients is refundable if there is a defect in material or workmanship caused by Kraftwurx. If your client is not satisfied with the product you design and sell, its between you and your client. We only offer refunds, within 15 days of shipping.
What are your bandwidth fees?
There are none. All Kraftwurx plans include unlimited bandwidth for free.
What is real-time carrier shipping?
Real-time carrier shipping connects your Shopify account with a UPS, USPS or FedEx account to calculate shipping costs in real time for your customers. This means you don't need to manage your shipping rates manually.
Do I need a web host?
No. All Digital Factory plans from Kraftwurx include secure, unlimited hosting for your online store and products. Kraftwurx uses the best servers from Softlayer hosting, networks and a cloud-based CDN to ensure your website is reliable and fast. Learn more.
